The title “Weight of Clouds” refers to the conflicted state of being, seeing and understanding the world. It's in our nature to forget how things are not as simple and one-sided as we'd like them to be. Clouds are a great example of this. They were seen as these featherly light, heaven like objects but as our knowledge of them expanded, we soon learned that they are exactly the opposite - quite heavy - dispite their deceptive sugary cotton candy appearance.

“Weight of Clouds” observes the earth from the perspective of clouds and at times stares up at the clouds and the naked night sky from the ground. You, the listener, are the observer who moves between the earth and the sky, changing your position along with each song.

The compositions are based on the piano, meant to immerse you into the symbolic clouds that are your thoughts, your hopes and your dreams.
I hope these songs take you away from this moment into wherever you would like to be. Let these songs lull you to sleep, help you to concentrate or perhaps give you insight to yourself.
